We are raising several varieties of farm animals, "no pesticide" vegetables along with the flowers.
Laying hens provide eggs daily, in many assorted colors. Dairy goats supply milk for Sara's cheeses.
St. Croix sheep are now being raised for their
tasty meat for the farm dinners. We are also raising
hogs for meat as well. All of our animals are protected by our wonderful Great Pyrennes dogs.
